Spice it up and make your own probiotic seasoning blend! 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast 

You can also add a pinch of garlic powder or parmesan cheese! Get creative! 

Instructions: In a small bowl, stir dry ingredients together. Sprinkle on top of freshly popped popcorn, sweet potato fries, or your favorite snack for an added probiotic boost.
