Gut-Friendly Red, White and Blue Parfait

No need to sacrifice your health this Memorial Day when you can have low-sugar, good-for-the-gut treats! These parfaits make hosting a breeze and your guests can indulge in them guilt-free!

 

Ingredients 
1 quart vanilla Greek yogurt
8-10 strawberries
1 basket blueberries
Granola

Instructions

+ Chop strawberries and place on the bottom of each jar.
+ Add yogurt, blueberries, granola and strawberries again.
+ Continue until you finish with one strawberry on top!

Pro tip: For an added blueberry superfood boost, you can also mix in a scoop of our BIOHM Super Greens with your greek yogurt. (It will turn it green, though!!)
